Carnivores Cityscape Multiplayer Bugs. Advice?

As I stated a few weeks back, I'm trying to find ways to organize multiplayer games for the Carnivores Cityscape community. However, after a recent attempt, I had several issues with trying to play the game's multiplayer through a non-LAN connection. If you have any advice, please comment on the video or on this post.
